"The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean, quiet and very dark, which was what we needed for a good sleep. And the beds were very comfortable. There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. And the wifi was not consistent, making it a challenge when ordering an Uber to the airport in the morning."

"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear.
