"Wonder stay. Clean and quiet and near everything"

"Overall experience was positive. We stayed 4 days. The breakfast was good. We liked the outdoor pool and the facility was clean. Only minor complaint was the housekeeping staff. We never had conditioner in our bathroom. And on some days, not all of the items were refilled. I had a makeup wipe on the first day but never again. And on the last day we didn’t have a bath mat towel and they didn’t refill the bag in the ice bucket. I never said anything to the management so that’s on me. I did...

"This was my first stay at a Bed and Breakfast. The house and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The room was clean and purposeful. Alex, the owner and operator, was very nice and welcoming."

"The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay."

"My wife and I had to leave quite early in morning, so we thought that we would miss the "breakfast" part of our B&B stay. Not so. Josh went above and beyond, getting up early to give us a delicious, beautifully plated breakfast. Sausage and eggs, fruit bowls, coffee and tea. A great way to start our early day and a great way to end our stay."

"Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was huge for a regular room. On-site free parking is always a plus but the lot is not very big so if you come later at night you might not be able to find a spot. Staff were nice and friendly for the most part. I would stay here again!"

"Ok, the prices for this room and any of the Colonial Williamsburg properties are expensive, but staying directly on the colonial streets was really nice. It gave us the opportunity to walk to restaurants and to simply walk the site that is Colonial Williamsburg. The room was decorated in the fashion of the time with a canopy on the bed etc. It wasn't large but was nice. We enjoyed our stay"

"The property's location was perfect and was easy to access. The room we stayed in definitely needs upgrades! The wardrobe had an accordion style door that was hard to open. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking but okay. Furniture and carpet needed upgrades. Carpet had an order on my side of the bed. Restroom was okay but a higher toilet upgrade would've been appreciated. The size of the room was nice but wish restroom wasn't so far from bedroom. Needs to be more of an onsuite....
