"The room was not clean, the beds were made, but had hair and dirt between the sheets on both beds, and one of the beds had what looked like fresh dried blood (not stains, unwashed dirty sheets) smeared in multiple places on the fitted sheets. The first response was to send someone to change all the bedding, we also asked the linens to all be changed, which they did. The next day we asked what that the first...

Bed was a little uncomfortable. Pool was clean and did not have a strong chlorine smell. The free breakfast was okay but very limited. Wifi was good"

"Room was beyond old & tired & felt dingy. Dishes in the cupboard were chipped & mismatched. Chairs were haphazard- one barstool & one kitchen chair. The smell was horrible!! We kept the windows open all night. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows weren't great. Bathroom has been updated. Front staff was fantastic! We got in late from the ferry & they happy to help us after closing hours. "

"Great views. Staff were great. Issue with the hot tub the first night there but was fixed the second night just too crowded to use. Large spacious rooms - very clean. Beds were quite squishy. Could be updated. "

"This place is really close to Ladysmith! It has a great pool with waterslide and hottub. The pool was clean and cared for- staff coming in frequently to check in. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was substantial! We would absolutely come back again!"
