"This is a beautiful hotel, the castle is lovely but the new building is gorgeous.
The room was a good size and was very tastefully decorated, and we had plenty of tea and coffee.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, served in the main bar area. "

"Where do we begin? We arrived at the hotel, and the staff was courteous and very accommodating. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. "The lady on reception who seemed to always be there (!) was so friendly and welcoming, The room smelt so clean when you opened the door, it was large and really comfortable. The room had everything you needed included a complimentary mini bar with water and some beers. The ensuite had an excellent shower and big towels. When checking out we asked if there was another Dakota hotel at our next stop but unfortunately not!! Highly recommend and will go back."
