"Upon checking in, the young man at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. My mom, an 80 yr old woman has trouble walking around so I asked him where the elevator is located in which he just pointed to the back. The bathroom needs updating and one of the toilet paper holder was broken and fell to the floor as I reached to get some toilet paper.
