"Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed...

"Your first greeted by a charming doorman and a welcoming staff at the check in desk. They were very helpful with our questions and made check in seem seamless. The rooms are quite, clean and well stocked with amenities. The breakfast buffet was quick, easy to navigate and the staff was there keep our table clean from dirty dishes and bringing us refills of coffee. We were even granted a song!! The staff at the Ashling Hotel are top notch and thanks for making our stay here in Dublin that much...

"The hotel is lovely and just what we needed it for, a swim before dinner, good nights sleep and breakfast before a day at Emerald Park. We had dinner at the hotel, the food was ok. I found the breakfast the next morning slightly disappointing with the choice provided. The pool wasn’t very warm and the changing rooms were cold. I would stay again if in the area."

"Excellent location as it’s right by Croke Park if you’re going to an event, but also very walkable right into the heart of Dublin. Hotel facilities were excellent-the lounge on floor 4 is fab and a great place to chill with a fresh coffee and pastry for a lite bite / early breakfast. Loved having a turn down service and being greeted with a little choc treat and indulging in comfy robes and slippers. Highly recommended"
