"The staff at the breakfast were lovely and really helpful. The room was fine and as I expected. However, I felt disappointed by the advertising of the swimming pool. I emailed the leisure centre days in advance to ask if I could book the pool, they never replied. I asked at the reception how to book and they said it's an additional cost on top of the booking and to contact the leisure centre but they didn't seem too sure. I tried calling the leisure centre multiple times and they never picked...

"Its high end with great decor and fab spa facilities. Our stay was somewhat spoiled by drunken guests and their friends in the next room making excessive noise and shouting between 12.30-2.30 am, keeping us awake, security was called twice to try and resolve and did offer us a rom change in the middle of the night which was not practical.
