"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! From the moment I booked my stay—long before I even arrived—the team was incredibly attentive. Their communication was outstanding, and they made me feel truly welcomed every step of the way. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Monopoli. If you’re arriving by car, they clearly explain where to stop, then pick you up in a golf cart and escort you to the hotel. Upon arrival, they personally show you around the town and take you to your room, making the entire experience effortless. I was lucky enough to stay in a stunning three-level suite overlooking the sea. It had a terrace, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and every little detail was carefully thought out. Housekeeping was exceptional—they beautifully prepared the room every day, and everything was always spotless. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday. A friend wanted to send me a surprise gift, and after contacting the front desk, the staff handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. They were responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. I also treated myself to a massage, which was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with high-quality products and beautiful presentation. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. "Great location, lovely room, two very good restaurants - one on the beach which is lovely for dinner. Pools were great too - not too busy. Private beach is a short walk away but there is a little shuttle train. Staff were super-helpful too. Definitely recommend!"
