"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni."

"I had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Indelli. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic area of Monopoli. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and has a beautiful, lively atmosphere. I also really appreciated all the help and kindness I received from the reception staff. They were very welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Palazzo Indelli to anyone visiting Monopoli."

"We were independent travellers not part of a group but this hotel mainly seemed to cater for large groups. It's a great location for exploring the area but a car is needed. The rooms are ok, clean, good bathroom, bed a bit hard but generally ok for a few days. (Sadly our room overlooked the pavilion where parties took place several times and this made it very noisy until late. There was no warning from staff or any kind of apology.) Breakfast was adequate but often cleared away by 9am despite the fact it was supposed to be available until 9.30am. Similarly, the bar was good but again the staff cleared up and went home by 10.45pm without any warning even though many people were still sitting and drinking and the information in the room said it was open until 11pm. Generally we didn't always feel like we were valued guests. The local area has several local restaurants within walking distance. We didn't find out the hotel has a sister with a beach access until the day before we left. It wasn't advertised or mentioned anywhere."

"The room we had ( Carlos v) was in an excellent location looking out to the see and harbourside from balcony and terrace. The cushions on terrace are fading from a season in the sun but apart from this fantastic. The room was serviced daily with bed changes etc. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was really good although you have to navigate some steep narrow steps up there. The view from the restaurant is brilliant."

"We had an amazing stay here!! Very charming property. Everything was great from the view from the breakfast area, to the pool and the staff were very helpful and super nice!! Would go back for sure!"
