"Location was good for access to surrounding towns, however the lack of daily staff and no concierge, no food on site except for small breakfast was disappointing. You will have to leave the property to get food or snacks. They do have a vending machine on site but it’s pretty poorly equipped. All check in is done online and feels pretty impersonal. "The experience to be in a beautiful Borgo like San Marco, surrounded by the plantation of olive trees are unique. This Hotel is perfect to move around the towns of Puglia and the place is very beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the service very friendly. I would recommend to improve the kitchen specially for breakfast. But definitely it’s a place that worth to stay!"
