"Room was very clean and comfortable. Never heard any noise from the bar downstairs. Breakfast was cooked to order so fresh and hot. All staff very friendly nothing was a problem for them. Bar patrons were friendly and welcoming"

"I booked the room for my colleague, she said, "the hotel is dodgy, quite dirty and a hostel with interesting characters, smells of weed and generally no safety… the breakfast was really bad and I was the only one there… it seems like it’s not a hotel that is actually used for tourism/business." She felt so unsafe that she left after the first night. I am writing to request a refund. Please advise."

"What a great host Angela was. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. Our room was very clean and everything that was promised. The cliff trail was stunning and most needed after a long drive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water when I showered. However, after breakfast it was fine."

"Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une très belle vue sur la rivière. Le personnel est très agréable et au service des clients. Malgré le dépassement d’horaire du bar, nous avons pu apprécier un verre dans le magnifique séjour au décor charmant. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour tout envie d’évasion dans la campagne écossaise. Point spécial pour le cadre environnant l’hôtel."

"Basic but you get what you pay for"

"La struttura è suggestiva sia fuori che dentro, il parcheggio è ampio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera (lenzuola pulite ma presenza di peli/capelli), e l’addetto alla reception ci ha gentilmente proposto di cambiare camera. La camera La colazione è abbastanza varia, presenta molte opzioni salate/scozzesi ma anche diverse alternative dolci e ci è piaciuta."

"Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es war relativ sauber, wirkte aber durch den schlechten Wartungszustand nicht so. Wir hatten eine Elektrobox im Zimmer welche die ganze Zeit Geräusche von sich gab, die Decke sah so aus als hätte es mal einen Wasserrohrbruch gegeben und von der Wand im Bad löste sich die Tapete. Der Preis war dafür aber im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften wirklich gut und das Frühstück lecker. Für 1 Nacht war es okay."
