Gleich neben der Unterkunft ist ein tolles Frühstückrestaurant das OAKEN CAFE. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Ebenen verteilt und werden über Außentüren erreicht. Die Zimmer sind behaglich eingerichtet. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."
