"Somewhat dated but clean and functional. Room was quite big. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Extra pillows were provided. Although I had booked for 2 people I had to get another towel from reception as only one was in the room. Location next to the South Mimms service centre was very handy."

"first room stank of cigarette smoke, upon requesting another room, the receptionist claimed there were no rooms left, blatantly lying through his teeth given after a little push back he eventually caved and gave me another room, which wasnt in amazing condition but acceptable compared to the previous room i was offered. pray you get a decent room so you are not at the mercy of these incompetent staff members. this room is only worth £30/40 a night, any higher and best consider alternatives like...
