"We stayed at the Brunelleschi for three nights, and everything about the hotel is perfect. Although it's a bit difficult navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets of Florence, the staff was very helpful in getting us close, where a bell hop was waiting to direct us the rest of the way. Then they arranged for a driver from the garage to pick up and return the car when we checked out. "We loved our stay here! Don’t expect the fanciest room but it was perfect for our short stay and it’s in the best spot right in front of the duomo our room window opens up to a view of the duomo! It was so convenient. And the receptionist is SO SWEET he made sure we had everything we needed and he helped make reservations for us at restaurants super helpful!! They have gelato and water in the kitchen. Loved it."

"This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again."

"Daniel was fantastic he contacted us before we were due to arrive to see what time we were arriving and said if the room was available we could go straight in and it was just after 1200 fantastic. Really good location for everything the only slight negative due to our age more than anything and nothing that could be done as this is an old building the stairs 4 floors was difficult with luggage. However a brilliant place to stay in Florence"
