"I have mixed reviews about the staff, while checking in everyone were awesome, I was greeted with a smile, I was given discount counts for the diner the Vallet was super nice. During checkout the employee was nor interested in looking at me, and he was a bit unfriendly. Which is a shame because the hotel is excellent and my stay overall was great. "

"Very very clean which is my number 1 priority when traveling. Number 2 was how close it was to the capital one areana. Only issue I didn’t have but my significant other had was he found the bed to be too hard to get comfortable in."

"Had only 2 bath towels upon check in called and never came. Called again next morning never got towels before heading out for day. Tv in bedroo. Not working had to call for that to get fixed. Never could locate or find remote for living room. Several tims had to call for more coffee and creamer and they never brought more than 2 pods at a time. The breakfast was ok. Sausages overcooked and fruit was not ripe. "
