"Probably the friendliest hotel I have been to. The staff, all the staff are excellent can’t do enough to help you. Rooms are good quality, pool area and sun deck is great. Breakfast is amazing quality and plentiful. Drinks and other meals are reasonably priced and good quality. I’ve extended my stay by an extra night (owing to Middle East flight issues) and arranging that was easy. Location is ideal for the waterfront I have walked there and back a lot. Hotel provides transport or an uber is literally £2-3. The only thing, which made me smile is the “harbour view” it’s a working port with containers being moved about. But technically it’s a harbour view. But Balamory it is not. I can’t fault this hotel in anyway. "

"Excellent location - 5 mins from v&a waterfront. Hop on hop off bus stop 5 mins away too. Lovely staff. Very nice breakfast and had 1 evening meal which was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay"

"Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal."

"Overall it was quite good, but the sink drained very slowly, to the point that it was difficult to use. Also, the bedroom ventilation seems to be connected to the bathroom, so there was occasionally some odor."
