"Clean and spacious team.
Great hospitality and professional staff especially house keeping manager, Aditya, and his staff. The room was always clean and amenities present. The restaurant staff ensured that everyone were comfortable and always asked if I wanted something else to eat. Many thanks to the doormen who were always welcoming. Property very clean."

"I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. "Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience.
This hotel is currently undergoing renovation, yet there is no transparency or effort to manage guest expectations. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay.
The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and...
