"Nice place. However, if you get a room on the second floor plan on hearing highway traffic 24/7 and bright lights passing through all night. It is very hard to sleep. Also, the standard hotel pillows are terrible and flat. Lastly, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport. They discontinued it our first day there. "

"The staff were all extremely welcoming & helpful. The only thing I would suggest is replacing chairs & sofas in suite as they were very worn out."

"Nice hotel within walking distance of bars, resturants and shopping. Go to breakfast before 9, when we gor there most things were out including the juices, oatmeal, forks, plates. What we did get was good."

"Had a great stay at the Hyatt. Hotel was clean and in a great location close to all the restaurants and Old Town. Parking was easy. Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again."

"Our 2nd stay at this location. Room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. Only issue was during the complimentary happy hour one of the staff that took our order said it was only good for one drink on the menu. No other choices. He/she/they/them then made a smart @ss comment saying that “it’s the only choice- get over it—-it’s free”. Being a bit intoxicated already I wasn’t in the mood to complain but the comment was not necessary. So if I wasn’t so intoxicated it likely wouldn’t have been pretty—- so despite the staff member being a dooshBag our stay was pretty amazing."

"This was our second time staying at The Magnolia. Everything was good. We had an issue our first night with the air conditioning not working in our room and I was very impressed with the way the staff handled it. Within a few minutes of my call to the front desk they offered to move us to another room on the same floor which we gladly took. It was nice to not have to deal with maintenance showing up and trying to fix it and then potentially having it not work again. Our only other request would be to have ice machines on each floor. "
