"My stay was unfortunately very disappointing, primarily due to the condition of the rooms and the level of service provided.
The renovations throughout the hotel appear to have been done with very poor quality. The workmanship is noticeably subpar and gives the impression that everything was completed as cheaply as possible. This is immediately evident upon entering the rooms.
We were first assigned a room with a broken bed and had to move. The second room, while slightly better, still had issues, including a broken shower handle. These are basic maintenance items that should be addressed before any guest is checked in.
Service was also a major concern. I had requested a crib during my initial online check-in, yet it was not in the room upon arrival (around 8–9 PM). After waiting several hours, I went down to the front desk only to find that the request had been completely overlooked. I was told it would be brought up immediately, but it did not arrive until nearly midnight. At that point, it was entirely impractical, as an infant would already be asleep. If a crib is requested in advance, it should absolutely be placed in the room prior to arrival, especially when it is an additional charge.
Overall, the experience fell well below expectations due to poor room conditions, lack of basic maintenance, and failure to follow through on clearly requested accommodations."
