"The property looks great from what I saw. My TV didn't work half work. The phone was dead. And the manager is not helpful. I accidentally booked the room at 11:00 p.m. for the night. I didn't need that night but I needed the next night. Within 5 to 7 minutes I was trying to get this corrected. But apparently Holiday Inn or the manager that works here does not do any type of refund or care if you made any type of mistake.
