"I gave 3 stars due to the staff at the front restaurant. On 8/21/26 st about 9pm, we went to the front for birthday drinks and instantly the bartender, blonde older lady was so rude. We asked if they were closed and she gave a look like we were dumb. The waiter whispered something to her and then she told us we can’t bring the beer, that we bought at the other restaurant, inside. Once we sat down the waiter took our order after having to call him several times. Then another group was waving him...

Highlights of the resort were the friendly front desk, security, restaurant and bar staff, views, snorkeling directly from the resort, proximity to town, pools, comfortable beds and quality of the food at the restaurants. "Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax. The food was excellent, and the staff was always kind and welcoming. We traveled with our family, and our children absolutely loved it. The hotel is a little farther from downtown, so having a car is helpful, but we knew that in advance and didn’t mind at all. We would definitely stay here again!"
