"Lovely clean property in central area of the city, 10 min walk to Den Haag Centraal station or closer tram stations. All staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. "The room is well furnished, clean and modern. However, we didn't realize that the whole process was done virtually. We ended up in a basement room with our windows opened to the streets that we can see people's feet as they walked past. It's not a place for seniors or people with large or many luggage. ..."
