"Very little interaction with the staff"

"The property needs upgrades. When i checked in at the stated check in time, the staff said my room wasnt clean and didn't know if they had any clean rooms available. I ended up waiting over thirty minutes for them to manually go floor by floor to check if they had any clean king size rooms. Not inpreesed.Wont be back. "

"The room is adequate. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on cement. Laundry was out of order for the entire stay. Woman at desk was nice and easy to deal with: other staff not so much. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking, gathering, etc. location good and close to highway, but you have to make 1 million u turns to get to anything nearby like stores, food, gas. "

"Were able to accommodate after issue with Super 8. Even added another night because the room is so comfortable and the staff is very friendly! Very open and honest about everything! "

"Everything was nice. The bed was my only issue. Ive slept in way cheaper hotels with way better beds. This was like sleeping on the floor. "
