"So bad that my wife and I had to eat the $100+ and go across the street to the Marriott. As soon as we entered the lobby we were smacked in the face with the smell of nicotine/weed. “Alright” we said. “ Certainly our room won’t smell like this.”…oh how wrong we were. The room was WORSE. We immediately started getting headaches and lightheaded upon entering. We inspected the room a little and wow I thought hotels were only this gross in movies. The walls were covered in goodness knows what bodily excretions. The shower had what I can only assume was black mold. But you know what? We could have ignored ALL of that…if it wasn’t for the absolute nauseating smell of marijuana permeating every square centimeter of the room. We immediately went back down to the lobby and told the receptionist we would like to cancel and get a refund. Since I booked it through Expedia, she could not refund me herself, so hopefully Expedia will do the right thing. I have NO idea how this “hotel” has 3.8 stars, I’m truly stunned. I can put up with quite a lot, but this place was just too nasty for me."

"The king bed was super comfortable! The room was pretty great except for a couple things. The bathroom door is like a rolling slide door. It does not seal and there are huge gaps. Anyone in the room can see through the 3” gap while you are showering or listen to you go to the bathroom. It was clean except for the roll out bed for our child. That had a big yellow urine stain. They also knew we would have 4 people and this was the only type of room that was available but no extra bedding for the roll out couch beds were provided. We had to go ask for those."
