"Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

"As other reviewers mentioned, hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a great selection - better than at other hotels in this price range. My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself. I am not sure there is anything the hotel could do to prevent this but please use caution when getting into the tubs. "Clean, quiet, and friendly, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of parking for our trailer. The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! Breakfast was plentiful and varied, though it featured the same eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy each day. "The king bed was super comfortable! The room was pretty great except for a couple things. The bathroom door is like a rolling slide door. It does not seal and there are huge gaps. Anyone in the room can see through the 3” gap while you are showering or listen to you go to the bathroom. It was clean except for the roll out bed for our child. That had a big yellow urine stain. "Overall pretty clean. My main complaints are about staff and amenities. Any time I went to the front desk, no one was there. Even in the middle of the day, no one was ever at the counter. The vending machines didn’t work and there was no continental breakfast even though they had a kitchen area in the lobby. It was just kept closed. The entire property also smelled highly of marijuana and cigarettes. So bad that it gave me a headache and we stayed in a non-smoking room"

"I love this place!! Every time I come into town for a few days. This hotel is my to go place. Staff been good to me. Room clean. This time I stayed the elevator was down but staff still did their best to keep me happy. They did their job and kept me happy. Thank you and see you soon!!!!"
