"Room was clean, comfy bed, good cooling air con, location quiet, closed to eatery & tourist places, MRT stations, business district within walking distance. At Check In duty manager and receptionist of next day were friendly and helpful, assisted to extend another night stay. Would stay again whenever go to Singapore."

"The staff were non existent. You had to do all the check in by yourself. Strictly no early check in, even though we left just after 2pm. We could have chosen an hotel with a 8am to 4pm check out and it would have been so much better. We arrived just after 7.am and had to aimlessly walk around till not a minute before 10.am to check in."
