It is expedia. totally a waste of hours of my life
your people were supposed to have my reservation for the july 3rd leaving july 5th
I had no reservation for my wife's surgery stay. Had to pay significantly more to resolve. TOTAL NON HELP FROM A HUMAN BEING AT EXPEDIA.

"We spent the Fourth of July weekend at this hotel and found it conveniently located. The hotel and rooms are very cleaned. You could tell it had been recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but it met our needs. The hotel did not have a pool or workout room. The breakfast that was included in the stay did not have any hot food but it had bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and muffins. It worked for us. I’d recommend this hotel as a nice place...

"Parking was easy but gets full fast. Check-in says at 3pm, my rooms were not ready until approximately 3:45pm. Staff were very careless with trying to get my room ready. Hotel promotes free cribs with stay was also a lie they do not carry cribs for baby! Asked for extra blankets and they will refuse to bring them up to you, you would have to make your way to the lobby to pick it up yourself. No hot water as well. Towels had a horrible smell as well. "

Hotel was comfortable and seemed pretty safe. If you’re looking for a Hilton, this isn’t it. It is however a good bang for the buck place to crash after a long drive."

"If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great."
