"The rooms are super clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the towels were new. When you check out at the Berlin Heritage Inn you can enjoy their breakfast which starts at 6am. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Very disappointed not having a microwave and a full size coffee pot, also coffee Keurig needed cleaned, No I available in cottage, plus no freezer on my apt size refrigerator but biggest disappointment was lack of plugs to plug in cell phones to charge for the evening, I like my phone by my bed when I’m out of town and had to plug it against the far wall and set phone in window to charge, Breakfast was Excellent, I feel like wine tasting should last longer for guest staying at their location, not enough time to do tram tours and enjoy yourself at the location you picked"
