"It is a surprise to see the hotel because it is hidden in the estate from the road. It is beautifully situated overlooking the straits with the Castle lit up at night. Inside the hotel is tastefully decorated and everywhere is well maintained An excellent place to discover North Wales from."

"I’m extremely fussy and very particular, however I thought this hotel was absolutely lovely! The majority of staff were great, the food was wonderful and it was clean, comfortable, homely and had a really nice ambience. I’ve knocked a star off for little things like tiny plates for breakfast (what’s that all about?), crumbs were still all over our floor after the room had been cleaned, the floor to the shower was lethally slippy, the breakfast wasn’t kept hot (luke warm at best), and the...

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "
