"The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station. The only downside I would say is having purchase their breakfast add on. They have a diner onsite and I assume we were getting at least eggs and toast or something similar with the add on. Our voucher included a coffee or juice and a pastry. That’s what they considered to be the continental breakfast and in my opinion was a rip off for the extra money we had to pay for “breakfast “ add on. Besides that the hotel was in prime location and we would stay here again."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at ArloSoho! The staff were fun and friendly and handles us bottled water in the heat of Summer anytime we wanted! The room was good and the mattresses were firm. We even requested a yoga mat and it was delivered! The only thing was Expedia said we will have a 20% discount on one time spending, but at the hotel we were told a 15% discount applies."

"The hotel is exactly what it needs to be, it provides you with a bed, a place to clean up, and a place to leave your bags, while they have some cool things here and there, it’s a different experience than your typical hotel, so for most people it may not be a good choice, but for solo travelers just here for a day or so, and who don’t need all the bells and whistles attatched to most hotels nowadays it does the job without breaking the bank."
