"The staff was extremely helpful and quick to rebound to any questions. The location was excellent, with restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to the manatees. There was also a gym in the building that worked out well for us. "

"Excellent place to stay. I came with family and kids. The breakfast is excellent. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is professional! The laundry place is very convenient as well and clean. The 24 hours market helps us when the kids are hungry and wanted some snacks, price is very reasonable. We had a blast! Thank you!"

"This place was the worst experience of my entire life. The front desk was empty, and no one answered the phone. When I finally managed to get someone to help me, they informed me that there was no room available for me. Eventually, she gave me a key for a room that was not even clean, and it was filled with people doing smoking ilegal things. I never stayed. I had to go back home and my weekend was ruined."

"Clean, friendly, and fun vibe at this hotel! Pros: 1. Incredibly comfortable beds and great in-room AC. 2. Super friendly and helpful service at pool bar, restaurant, and front desk. 3. Very cool pool area and bar with a good vibe. 4. Walkable to downtown and in a safe area. 5. King suites have a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and mini sofa which made it so comfy and nice. 6. Very few kids- I am a mom, but an empty nester and appreciated that this felt like an adult-oriented, fun experience. 7....

"I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special."

"The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front...

"The hotel was new. The staff was amazing, but we had a horrible experience with all of the extended-stay construction workers. They made us feel very scared and uncomfortable getting on elevators late at night eyeing us down watching where we’re walking to was scary as a woman and a little girl traveling alone will not stay there again. If you are a woman traveler, be aware!!"
