Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel."

"This is an excellent hotel with good, large rooms. Everything looked new and updated (room, bathroom). The lobby is large and is a good place to relax if you simply want some "down time" and do not want to sit in the room looking at the TV screen. The breakfast was excellent - waffles, eggs, meat (sausages one day, bacon the next), hot oatmeal, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. All staff (front desk and breakfast area) was very freindly and outgoing. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"Older motel not too far from the center of town. Motel is operated remotely. If I hadn't run into a resident guide, I would have had a problem getting into my room. There was a phone number on the wall in the community kitchen. I stayed in room one closest to the main road. Typical Expedia room either by the road, next to an elevator shaft or across from the indoor pool (I have snagged all three types of rooms over the years). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Positives: very friendly and helpful staff; excellent (included) healthy breakfast; (included) daily housekeeping; excellent central location for hiking and for walking into town for restaurants and shops; plenty of outlets for charging devices; good lighting for reading in bed and overall; k-cup coffee machine in room; quiet. "Staff was incredibly helpful, room was very clean and comfy. I was surprised at how new and nice the bathroom was. Even had a fancy light up mirror that had a defroster built in. My only complaint is that my first shower was only Luke-warm and my second shower in the morning did not Happen as there was no hot water available. I’m guessing that everyone staying there decided to shower all around the same time that morning leaving no more hot water in the tank. Overall a good stay, bed was comfy...

"This is a New England bed and breakfast. There are no amenities as it's in the countryside. Buildings are charming but old so reviews need to consider that. Lovely. Not far from where the Von Trapp family settled. Manchester is a charming NE town."
