"The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational."

"You had to pay for breakfast separately so I went and picked up delicious donuts from Jacks Donuts across the street. There is a Starbucks near too, but I can’t have that due to allergies! The property is fine and right off the interstate. It was quiet. I just as there only a few hours after delayed flights and rental recalls vehicle shortages! "

"Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer. "Our stay was terrible. No staff at the front desk. We finally checked in and there was so much marajuana smoke in the hallway that we almost called the fire department. The smoke was coming into our room and we got no sleep that night. The staff does not monitor the hotel. There was no breakfast at 9 am. UNACCEPTABLE! We will never stay in a Baymont hotel again. "

"We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. "

"In our room the air conditioner was wonky and worked when it wanted, the toilet kept making noise every so often even thru the night, the dresswr and remote were so sticky Inhad to wipe them down myself..along with the entry floor..which the wet towel came up almost black. There was also no way to make coffee...had the coffe grounds but no basket"

"The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. "

"BED BUGS. I flipped the mattress to find trash and dirt under the bed, then I unzipped the mattress to find bed bug eggs in the seems and then unzipped the cover on the box spring to find blood and God knows what. I left and didn’t even stay and then I asked about a refund from the front desk and they were rude and said I’d have to deal with Expedia that they wouldn’t give me a refund.. please stay away! Motel 6 give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend to anybody !"
