"Staff: A+, Very friendly and helpful Bed:A+, Very comfortable Shower: A+, Plenty of hot water Location: A+ for early flights, a 10-15 minute walk to the terminal. Free airport shuttle: Very convenient, runs on a schedule. Noise: Could hear doors opening/closing and people talking in the hall. However, the HVAC unit in the room we had was MUCH quieter than usual, did not wake me up when it cycled on and off. Reasonably clean, not immaculately so Building itself could use some TLC, is showing it's age."

"We absolutely love this hotel, but the staff was not as friendly this time around they didn’t greet you while you’re coming in or going, but the facility is gorgeous! The rooms are tops and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had."

"This spot is really lovely and walkable to all things Boise State and Boise downtown. There is no swimming pool or hot tub but we didn't need one and loved our time here. The balcony and fireplace in our king superior were great touches. "
