"We stayed at the 500 for my birthday. It was Amazing!!! Great service, Beautiful room. Everything from the valet parking to the complimentary glass of wine walking in the door really just made me feel like i was special. One thing to keep in mind the valet parking is a charge of 30 dollars for protected overnight parking. I really didn't pay attention to that checking in, but it was totally worth it."

"The staff was very helpful and provided excellent suggestions. The room decor was good. The grand slam hikes on the wall was cool. Easy to walk to restaurants and conference. Nice being on Grove Street and off of the busier streets."

"We left our vehicle while going on a trip. They got an Uber for us for free. $50 for a week of parking! They were very nice. Rooms clean and quiet. "

"Clean, nice staff. I’m not too sure what everyone else was complaining about but I enjoyed my stay here. Bed was comfy, room got cleaned though they do not have do not disturb signs, which I would have appreciated during this time. Internet worked great, however remote in room was not programmed. Overall good stay and easy check out "
