Additionally, the complementary Wi-Fi was not existent, and if your cellular carrier is AT&T, that was also nonexistent within the hotel."

"Good value. Older hotel but perfect for overnight arrival and departure. Its so close only 6 minutes from MKE airport. Bed and pillows confortable and it was quiet both nights. Get to the breakfast by 30 minutes before it ends since they didn't replenish items in the continental breakfast after that time. Had yogurt, bagels, cereal, 3 dishes of hot items and make your own waffles."

"We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

"Modern and comfortable hotel with easy access to the airport. Clean room, comfortable bed, and quiet to allow a good night’s sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Staff/owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Common areas were well maintained. Complimentary hot breakfast was a nice touch, especially at this price point. Neighborhood seemed to be relatively safe & quiet. Only odd thing to be forewarned about is all of the unusual smells in common areas. Combinations of insence, vape, dog, cologne, carpet shampoo. I will return if I'm in the same price point next time I'm in the area."

"The staff was totally amazing! I came to breakfast with our 2 boys and Dale ran over and helped get one in a high chair and a sweet woman came over and asked if she could turn the tv on cartoons for them. The service and care was crazy good."

"A staff member named Jeremy was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok with omelets, bacon and cube potatoes with the usual waffles, yogurt bar, etc. The laundry machines were complimentary. We would go back."
