"The hot tub had no water in it. The pool area looked dirty. There were no coffee mugs in our room to make coffee. There was no Kleenex in our room. The bottom of the tub needed a good scrubbing. The lady at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and sweet."

"Very nice place to stay.. However my room had a very small bathroom with only a shower and barely enough room on the sink to put anything,so if you want a tub make sure you ask.."

"The motel is dated but the rooms were clean. The manager was somewhat helpful but not as accommodating as would have been expected. Several handy amenities near by including Fresco, SaveOn Foods and a liquor store if you need those. 5-10 min drive to downtown. Relatively quiet area. We stayed on the second floor and the room was quiet."

"Room was pretty typical for $ spent. Their "mountain view" is obstructed by trees and shrubs; you can see it if you go next door, but not from the property itself. No other complaints."

"I was charged for every extra and we could even have extra tissue in the room. And i asked to use a room for a grad gathering and would have been another charge of 149 tp 210 bucks. So forget that and couldnt even get a receipt because i booked theu expedia. Such honorable joint partnering…"

"The hotel was fresh and clean, the bed was so comfortable we actually asked the manager what type of bed it was! The location is right downtown with restaurants within an easy walk. Would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Probably the best hotel in Kamloops but a bit basic for the price. Could use a few more toiletries, better air conditioning, a little more polish for the price. Great having Moxie’s and Shark Club in the building and great location right by the river downtown. Have stayed before and would stay again all in all."
