"elevator was broken. bathrooms were in rough shape. no soap, provided only body wash to wash hands in bathroom. linens and towels were clean."

"Staff was truly helpful - I was able to get a shuttle from the airport even though my flight was delayed and I arrived after 12:30am ( was supposed to arrive at 11:50pm). Breakfast had pancakes, omelette, sausage patties, biscuits and etc!"

The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything ran smoothly overall. The only minor drawbacks were that breakfast closes at 9:00...

"We did not get to eat breakfast as we checked out at 5:15 am. Ron checked us in and was super nice. As for cleanliness it was quite dirty. One of the staff members encouraged us to park as close to the front as possible so our vehicle was not stolen."
