Hotel Best Western di Alton Timur

"The bathroom door hinges were loose & would not close. Maintenance repaired it the next morning. We asked to have towels changed out. When we got back to the room that afternoon they had not done so. We had to take soiled towels to desk & exchange them. they asked if we had requested it. Yes we had! Staff was friendly, but minor maintenance was not being taken care of. The hotel was so close to interstate the traffic noise was so loud it was hard to sleep."

"Upon our arrival and entering our room. Whomever was in charge of housekeeping left a used wash cloth hanging over the shower. The sheets scared me a little, they were not Clorox white, kind of a dirty white. Amenities were a zero. No hangers in room. No drawers to place your belongings, No room decor, no information booklets, no tv guide, no pamphlets of any kind. Dinning area is horrible. No impressed by far, but it served the purpose. I’m sorry to say that we will never stay at this hotel...

"I've been coming here for the last two yrs but today was my last time staying roaches in bathroom room smelled like mold breakfast was horrible only eggs and biscuits they stated they ran out of meat and coffee was out as well but you charging over 150 per night plus a high deposit im beyond missed and staff worse nonchalant im just disappointed"
