Stacy, the operations manager, was especially engaging, knowledgeable and helpful as we were deciding what to do for dinner and what events and venues were worth visiting. We took all of her suggestions and were thrilled when she was spot-on across the board, from Ye Olde Tavern to the syrup-making tour at Dutton’s to the Vermont Country Store. She’s an asset to your operations."

"I was charged $12 extra at check out for an “amenity fee” and there are none. There was a kureg in the room but no coffee pods. A dirty towel was left hanging in the bathroom. "

"The young man checking me in was pleasant. However, pulling up, it looked seedy, but hey let's check it out. Pulled around to our outside door and went in without luggage to check it out. Walked down to a room 109, opened the door, walked in and turned around 5 minutes later. Zero chance I could sleep or even shower in this room. Dingy and absolutely unacceptable. Main door, TWO connecting doors, and a huge glass sliding door on the main floor. Absolutely not. For the price they were charging...

"I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!"

"Only issue is there was nowhere to hang anything and the room was very small. Room was clean, comfortable and bathroom was well-appointed. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and super easy access to Mt. Snow. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Be ware that a “preferred room” means a room pets can stay in, not a better room! Hallways smelled of itine on side of hotel where pets are allowed. No elevator so mugging suitcases and skis up stairs was trying. Room size large.staff. Staff we dealt with was lovely! "

"Way overpriced . I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area that included breakfast with hot tubs that are 50% less than this place. The place to put your shoes in the room had mud all over it. Maybe clean it before your next guest. "

"I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+."

"The Weathervane was fine for a one night stay where I just needed a bed without breaking the bank but be wary of the quality you’re getting. The room was decently clean but definitely outdated and could do with pretty extensive renovations. Carpet, comforter, curtains, and walls were stained and counter tops were mysteriously sticky, but the linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi info was written on a wrinkled sticky note, which would be easy to miss. No overhead lights but...
