"Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items. The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park."

Only very minor quibble was we were in the eaves which did not give us a lot of headroom when getting into bed. Loved this place and would highly recommend it and would like to return in the future. "We had a lovely stay overall and would definitely come back. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the food was great. Breakfast was especially gorgeous and a real highlight. There were just a few things that took the shine off a little. The toilet wasn’t as clean as we’d have expected, and the bath drain seemed blocked, so the water backed up while we were standing in the shower. On the Friday night, there was also an incredibly noisy group in the restaurant who were clearly disturbing other guests, but no one seemed to ask them to calm down. We could still hear them later in the bar and even up in our room. That said, we did really enjoy it and would love to return, especially if those little issues could be sorted next time."
