The front office didn’t have change for the laundry. I had to go for a walk to get change. I will not be staying there again. It wasn’t the best experience."

"My room must have had a booking that smoked in it prior to my arrival because it smelled like they emptied multiple bottles of freshener in it which was quite unpleasant and lingered for my multiple day stay. "Found blood on the bed sheets in my room. Tried to inform front desk over the cellphone help line they used, no answer. Left a review for management to see, no answer. Told the staff upon checkout, she thought I meant that I had left blood there and said it's okay, then finally understood that there was blood on the sheets before I got there and said she'd send bonus points my way. Bonus points of 3000 after not receiving any other answer seems to downplay how gross that way."

Our view from the window was looking right into their storage room. That was disappointing. I believe the view we had was their pool and spa area that is no longer in service."
