"Great time, A few problems at the beginning but Wendy and Leo handled it perfectly. Leo was a complete gentleman and handled everything I asked for! Fantastic guy and when I come back I only want Leonardo as my butler!! 5 stars way to go Mirage!"

He assisted me my whole trip, Orisis which is the manager of Ocean El faro was great, he heard me out and accommodated me instead of making me feel unheard/unwanted. Will be visiting soon again!!! "The staff was friendly and the hotel was gorgeous had a blast at the riu parties as well as their night club on the resort ! I was highly dissapointes by the food and them having very few actual doninican options i feel they need to bring some more authenticity into the food less americanized would make rhe experience rhat much more special ! "
