"What an absolute gem of a place. We stayed as a family if four in the Grand Buree for two nights in Byron. This was quite possibly the best accommodation I have ever stayed at, and it was a great value for the luxury accomodation and location. The chalet was spacious beyond our expectations, the decor was out of this world, the kitchen was well equipped and amenities were top notch. "The bush room was very comfortable and I'm sorry we weren't able to see it in the daylight as I think the views from the little outside balcony would have been brilliant. (arrived late and off before dawn for the Anzac service). A little care to be taken going down the steps to use the bathroom in the main house, (as I said it was dark) but otherwise all good and suited our needs. Thankyou to Grant for picking us up at the station as the train was very delayed."
