Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"Majestic Elegance is amazing! The resort is beautiful and very well kept. There is nightly entertainment each night and is festive at night but no overly crazy. We stayed on the Elegance Club side which is adults only. It was very quiet and enjoyable. The pools were very clean. I read reviews where the pool tiles were coming off the bottom of the pools. But, at least on the adults only side, the pools were fine. Anyway, that is a petty thing to focus on anyway. The pools were amazing. Our butler, Santiago, was wonderful. He always made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us. He even checked us out when we were leaving which made things go smoothly. The food was great with a wide variety of foods to choose from each meal. The menu changes daily. The housekeeping service was excellent as well. The room was cleaned daily with the floor swept and mopped. We never had sand on our floor. Our refrigerator was restocked daily with plenty of water and sodas. Only a couple of negatives. I’m aware that August is peak season for seaweed however, they only cleaned the beach once the entire week we were there. Also, this is a smoking resort and it seemed the vast majority of people smoked which was a little annoying at times. Overall, our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend."
