"We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return."

"Hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. Time taken for Check-In and Check-Out procedure was more than usual, may be - because of new staff - new system in place. Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well."

"The room was clean, spacious, and odorless. However, upon entering, it was noticeable that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding how guests should be welcomed. The suite was very spacious, as was the restroom. However, the flush was extremely hard to press and required considerable force to operate. "This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming.
