"This stay was incredible. We had a flight delay from Bangkok to Trat. Missed the ferry because the delay. Booked rooms at Baan Hotelier. Exceeded expectations by far. Clean comfortable great porch to hang out on. Quiet. The owner Ae brought beers by and made sure we were well taken care of. Def recommend to anyone. Will be staying again on my way back to Bangkok. 5 stars for sure."

"Such a cute hidden gem! The interior was modern and the lighting was nice and moody. It smelt really clean. They gave us clean towels and water every day. Has a smoking area outside the room. We rented their scooters for 300baht a day. It’s walking distance to the pier that gets busy but really quiet at night. We went to Koh Larn to chill and enjoy the slowness and got exactly that. The owner/family was really friendly and nice ☺️ we had a really good stay for the amount we paid. "

"Excellent location, right at the end of Sai Kaew beach, just accross the road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large, clean and we had a sea view. Breakfast good, especially the omlettes. Can hire a moped from here - might be a little more pricey, but no fuss, no leaving passport or deposit. Fully recommend the Hotel."

"This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money "

"Nice little guesthouse close to Bangsaray market, shops and restaurants. 10-15 minutes by walk to the beach which is great. Clean and comfortable room. You have to bring your own sope to wash your hands because there is only shampoo. The TV did not work but it was not a big deal for me. A little bit difficult to reach the owner on the phone but she was nice. Really good price. Beautiful garden and very quiet guesthouse which I appreciated a lot. Great experience in general. I recommand!"

"A great little hotel but without an elevator so be prepared for stairs if you end up in a room on the 4th. floor as I did. Luckily I was able to move to the 1st. floor within a few days. Unfortunately they could not supply a hotplate in my room so I could make my own espressos. Watch out for mosquitoes! The free water was a nice addition. The best part is the Dom Pizzaria out the front, which also has a range of Western dishes & breakfasts."

"Front door, your’re right in the middle of the good spots, life 24/24 abd safe. Back door, where i have my balcony, quiet. No noise. No crowd, privacy and calm. Very quiet hostel and that’s what i needed."

"We stayed at different hotels/resorts in the island and we weren't really sure of our departure for we live the place, so we end up booking a less expensive property(this one) just for a night stay. And it was a good decision the property is in good condition not new but better from the other resorts/hotels on the island. " The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided.
