The main thing for us is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. On our second visit they upgraded our room and were always helpful. Also full value on Happy Hour, lots of variety at breakfast, and a relaxing environment throughout the hotel.

A great hotel. Staff are excellent, really friendly and knowledgeable. We upgraded to a suite which was a little tired and outdated but the view from there more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend.

It has a good location with a great sea view, next to the beach and a large shopping mall. However, the hotel itself is quite old; both the rooms and facilities are dated. The staff are not very helpful compared to those at other hotels in Thailand, and you have to actively ask them in order to get attention.

It was an exceptional stay at Dusit Thani. Location is ideal, away from the main walking street crowd, but still in the heart of Pattaya beach area. Staff were amazing and room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived early and they rushed to clean our room as soon as we got there, was in by 11am. Everyone was helpful from the beginning to the end of our 9 night stay. Booked out the tennis courts a couple of times. Beautiful!

North pattaya beach location close to terminal 21 with no road to cross to step on the beach, secret beach away from the bustle found steps down from the tennis courts, excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection of delicious options daily, gorgeous views of Pattaya beach coastline, lovely atrium and signature hotel smell with great air conditioning throughout. You definitely get what you pay for staying here but would say it was an expensive stay given it’s Thailand and if you can sacrifice a few things you for sure can save money staying elsewhere. Would only dock points for finding a used hat in a drawer that wasn’t ours and the carpets could be better cleaned.
