Great stay in a perfect location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. After arriving from a long trip on a hot day, the cool air conditioning in the room felt wonderful. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the balcony offered a nice view of the town. We ordered supper to the room and received excellent service. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious, with a great selection of food. The hotel’s location is also excellent — within walking distance of many attractions. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding individual bedside lamps with phone charging ports. Overall, it was a great stay and we would gladly return.

I can recommend this hotel. The staff is quiet friendly and cares very good about customer. The breakfast buffet cut be more generous with a coffee (there's only filter coffee) and I missed cheese.

Palin was an absolute gem. From the time I made initial contact prior to arrival, to my time of check out, she went above and beyond to make everything about my stay as comfortable as could be. This is definitely NOT a five star hotel. The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was comfortable but that’s about it. Could use some updates and also the room service was pretty much non existent. I tried to order 3 times and each time, they called back and told me the items I wanted were unavailable even though they were on the menu.

The breakfast was underwhelming. There was a black spot in the hallway ceiling which looked concerning. The TV has limited options. The room was very spacious. Room service was decent. Workers and people were incredibly friendly. Location was close to a laundromat, 7/11, big c mall, and the beach. Very good price point but I think I got lucky with that. Would stay again if I got the same deal.
