"Hôtel magnifique,niché au coeur de la jungle. Chambre bien équipée et spacieuse. Le seul bémol est que l'hôtel est loin de tout et qu'il est compliqué de se déplacer autant sur l'île que dans le resort. Le soir, tout est sombre et nous avons évité quelques grosses chutes. Sinon le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et le cadre aussi."

"The hotel and staff are great. Staff are so friendly. Hotel is in a great location right across from Jomtein Beach. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Daily housekeeping. Nice breakfast buffet. I loved everything about this hotel with one exception....the shower water would go all over the bathroom floor. I had to put a towel to soak up the water each time. A simple glass slider or even just a rim along the floor to stop the water. But again....this is my only exception.... everything...

"This is our fourth time. The Pool Suites are really worthwhile - well set out with large balcony and of course pool. The beach at Khlong Prou is possibly the nicest beach in Koh Chang where the hotel is. The staff are really excellent - Miss Nui, Miss Mod, and Mr Sadam and Mr Zin - english to thai might be wrong - and many other staff really nice and helpful.
