"Breakfast was disappointing. In comparison to Hotel. Food was sub par. Eggs tasted manufactured French toast was very plain. How about a waffle maker or some egg variety besides scrambled. A variety of options would work well Staff was friendly. Place was clean"

"was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, the room was not properly cleaned and the dining chairs were visibly stained with food and dirt marks. I had to request replacements, and I was told there was only one available. The tub had black stains in it I had to put a towel flat just to bathe Housekeeping service was also unacceptable. We left the room from about 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and when we returned, there had been no service at all—no bed made, no fresh linens, no towels replaced, and trash was not emptied. In addition, the pool area consistently had no towels available during our stay, which made it difficult to use the amenities. Also the lights fell in the pool which made it extremely dangerous and kids had to exit due to safety concerns Overall, the cleanliness and basic housekeeping standards were not met. I expected a much higher level of service and maintenance. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests."

"difficult check in with 2 young kids who were tired after 3 hours' drive, arrived 2:45 PM and requested Ealy check-in, was told that room was not ready and asked me to wait, i saw there was a big line and everyone else was getting room key who arrived around the same time. room was congested; Sofa bed was not comfortable and extra sheets and blanket were not provided. Overall, not so great experience. Btw , I am a HH memember. "
