"The lady who checked us in was very sour, not friendly or smiling. She also hung up on me when I called to ask where the ice machine was after she told me and I said thank you, the line was disconnected before my thank you even fully got said. Other than that, my staff was fantastic. This is the second time I have stayed here in the last year, and I will def be coming back!"
